1. Selecting the Vehicle

I found my best from a simple “Google” search. At http://www.beforward.jp/, I found my preferred used car, checked its details and photos. I checked the total price for the car and I immediately verified the total cost from Japan to Kenya.

2. Getting a Free Invoice and Ordering the Vehicle

I knew that I needed to request an invoice for the used car I identified from Be Forward. The next step was to contact the firm after I decided to purchase the car for reservation before someone else bought it. Through a telephone conversation, acquired adequate information about the vehicle and its availability in the stock. This communication assured me that this car will be available for purchase since I had the money ready for this purpose. To initiate the order, I filled out a simple form with personal details such as email, country, name, city, telephone and address. On placing the order, I received an instant quotation from Be Forward via email. I replied to the email to indicate intention to accept it. The invoice was thus processed and issued by the company.

3. Completing the Payment

After deciding to purchase the car, I completed the payment Bank Telegraphic Transfer from my bank and sent them a copy of the Telegraphic Transfer copy as a proof payment. After a while, they emailed me confirming they received the payments. It was thus just a matter of time before the car was delivered to me.

4. Shipping the Vehicle

After receiving the full payment, my car of choice export arrangements began. Few days I was informed after the vessel shipping my vehicle left Japan. I could follow the shipment of the vessel by accessing my account page at any time. This transparency was quite overwhelming as it enabled me keep track of the ensuing processes.

5. Collecting the Vehicle

After receiving the shipment documents, I began arranging the collection and registration of the vehicle. This was done through a clearing agent who helped me complete the procedure and also gave me an indication on the fee and taxes to be paid. This was my final procedure to obtain my car. Easy, stress-free, quick and less costly.
