Win A Car Land Cruiser: Be Forward Kids’ Photo Contest

Do you love your kids? Ok, dumb question… who doesn’t? If you do, you would like them to ride in a big car! Now, your kids might just get you your dream car. The little burgers owe you one, you might say, with all the upbringing that you have given them. How? You can win a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 2000 model by simply posting your kid’s photo on Facebook and gathering as many votes as you can. The contest is pretty simple and straight forward.

Below are the directions you will have to follow to have a good chance in winning the prize.

Participation

One important note is that there are no purchases necessary. Any person over 18 years old and is currently in and is a resident of Africa qualifies to be a participant.

It is also important to note that the prize will be given at Dar es Salaam and thus the winner will be required to be at the Be Forward Tanzania Office for the Prize giving ceremony. This will also include an interview and publicity photographs.

Entry

  • If you have a Facebook account you can follow the instruction below, if you don’t, then you first need to open an account.
  • Log into your Facebook account
  • Like the ‘’Be Forward” Facebook page
  • Go to the Photo Contest page and access the win a car campaign
  • Take a great photo with your kid/s making sure that you are all clearly visible in the photograph
  • Submit the photo to the Photo Contest Page ensuring that you include your full name as per legal documents and your contact details.
  • Gather votes by asking your friends to vote for your photo as the contest is a majority votes win affair.

Requirements

  • There can only be one entry per person
  • The photograph submitted must be digital
  • The images must be of great quality as the Facebook Photo contest app requires 640 x 480 as the minimum size.
  • At least one should be clearly visible in the photo
  • All submissions require permission from parent or legal guardians
  • The privacy of the photos submitted should be respected.
  • The submission should be owned by the entrant.
  • The photograph should be free of explicit, defamatory, provocative or any inappropriate content

Prize

The prize is a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 2000 model and will be given to the entrant with the most votes. The prize includes clearing costs, shipping cost and shipping insurance. The winner will however be required to be at the Be Forward offices at the Port of Dar Es Salaam for publicity purposes. The winner will have to pay for car insurance, licensing, registration, title and any applicable taxes. All other important details will be emailed to the winner when the contest comes to a close.

Timeline

The Voting starts on the 22nd of March 2013 and ends on 5th April 2013 at 11:00 AM (Japan Standard Time). The end results of the voting will be announced in April and the Winner will get their Prize in June.
